Melanotan II has the same mechanism as Melanotan I but does cross the blood-brain barrier. There are five melanocortin receptors MC1R – MC5R. These receptors have been identified to show specific tissue expression patterns and binding affinities for each of the melanocortin hormones.
Tanning: Reconstitute with 5mL’s BAC water. Inject 10 units (200mcg) Sub Q daily for first two weeks. Inject 5 units (100mcg) two -three times per week after for maintenance. Adjust accordingly to pigment changes.
Metabolic Enhancement: Reconstitute with 10mL’s of BAC water. Inject 5 units (50mcg) daily Sub Q.
