Astaxanthin, also known as xanthine shrimp, lobster shell pigment, is a
carotenoid, also is the highest level in carotenoids synthetic product, dark
pink, chemical structure similar to beta carotene.Astaxanthin is a carotenoid

Carotenoids are organic colorants that provide antioxidant properties along
