What is Blue Spirulina (Phycocyanin)?
The regular specification of Blue Spirulina is E18 color value (the color value is converted to the absorbance
at 618nm by UV detection under the specified dilution multiple). E180 corresponds to phycocyanin content
of 45-50%, can be used in candy, jelly, popsicles, ice cream, cheese products, fruit juice (flavor) drinks,
the largest use of 0.8g/kg.Phycocyanin can also be applied to candy, sugar, cakes, solid drinks, yogurt,
sand bread, Boudin, cheese, gel candy.
